Gunki Bumpy 76

This great little lure has really done the deed in the last few weeks. In particular, the Ghost zander pattern has excelled. These 76mm baits are great on a 3-4g jig head and really benefit from the awesome tail action and aggressive roll on the lure. You can see from the lures above how much the perch love them. 
They are tough lures and can easily land you many fish, the top lure there has had at least 40 fish caught on it, as you can tell from how beaten up it is.
